Fantastic Truck! I've owned mine for five years and it still fits me perfectly. As mentioned in the other review, there're some tweaky things to note. My speedometer also went out, but I pulled a replacement from a salvage yard for $20. The transmission in clunky. The rear-end will spin on you, and the four wheel drive button/system needs work. I replaced my automatic hubs with Warn Hubs, and have been very satisfied since. The seats are comfortable, and the truck gets good gas mileage. I've done an extensive amount of off-roading in my truck, and I've yet to be pulled out. In fact, I'm usually the one pulling other people out, usually stock Jeeps as a matter of fact. Of course, I'd rather walk than be pulled out my a Chevy!

Got the same armrest problem (Reply to this comment)

And the gauge problem. Temp gauge went out at 40,000 miles, replaced by Dealer after Ford customer service agreed to foot all but 50 dollars of the bill when I complained to them that there's no excuse for a 4 year old, 50,000 mile vehicle to have malfunctioning gauges. I must say I've had better experiences with them than most people. Tachometer now fluctuates in traffic. You got a whole new cluster? I just got a new gauge.

Also got the same armrest problem. Gonna have the dealer look at it next time I'm in. I have a '95 Ranger 2.3 incline 4, the Ford version of your truck with the base engine. The engines on these things last forever when properly maintained, but the interior flaws and electrical gremlins can get annoying.
