If you were a smart man, you would take that computer back to wherever you purchased and save yourself alot of problems in the future!! I am sure the store has a 30 day money back guarantee! I had a Compaq Laptop....and I will never own another product made by or even associated with Compaq!! Get a Dell....you will be very happy....check their website....great deals too!
