What a mammoth task - rather you than me! Just an observation on something you mentioned re titles and how to attract attention. Good point. I used to include the title of the thing being reviewed then stopped doing it, because I felt it made my own title too unwieldy and long. Also I believe that, yes I do add my own personality through the title, which with any luck, should get readers in. As for negative comments and ratings, my solution is simple (a) genuine constructive criticism, I pay attention to and may even act on while (b) gratuitous negativity gets blocked. Great review as usual. H.

...this was pretty long and unwieldy without actually providing very much information.
That's not to say that I don't appreciate an effort to try to build something worthwhile in the face of such great constraints, but they definitely worked against you and doing so would have been a Herculean task.

I really enjoyed reading your comments on your titles, you have a great sense of humor.
"*Merely a lot of sex!* Flagrant use of the word ‘sex’ for no other reason than to use it. Shameless, almost degrading, tossing out of all respectability. This one only has about five times the non-member hits of other reviews." It is interesting how many non-member hits certain titles get, my review, My Vagina Itched Like a Trout In Milk, has gotten more non-member hits in the shortest amount of time than almost all of my other reviews. Go figure!
Actually someone told me that it came up first in a google search using vagina and itch as the keywords in the search. I wonder if your review had a similar boost from a search engine? Too bad I won't get paid a penny for mine! Oh well.

So you did the how to choose a title angle, too. I couldn't have gotten nearly as far as you did in commenting on them. Well, maybe you've seen my essay. I too think I'll delete some essays. Great effort. I felt your pain.
