HAHAHA!! Dont be so cheap, my friend. Besides, remember that yo can either use half or 1/4 of the bottle, and in any case, the result will be extremely rewarding. Drinking is only one of our organoleptic pleasures, and if you dont believe in the magic of tequila as an ingredient for food..I would seriously recommend you try some grilled shrimp on mango, tamarind and tequila sauce. Simply heaven!!

Enjoy

But to pour the contents of an entire bottle for use as a marinade... phew... that's a lot of Tequila.

Great review.

Excellent review, as all of yours are. I'd never really thought about cooking with tequila until I had wonderful shrimp in tequila at Si Como No in Guadalajara. That meal turned around my perception of tequila as just a drink!

I'd like to hear even more ideas about how to use tequila in cooking. I'll bet an aņejo would go well with chocolate to make holiday rum balls...err...TEQUILA balls. Hehehe, that oughta take care of Granny...

Again, great review!
