I will not do business with Orbitz again. Their customer service sucks!

I tried to use Orbitz to book a flight reservation. The system locked up when I got to the last step. When I called to inquire about system status, they told me that the system was down, but they offered to call me back when it was again operational.
I did get a call back. The caller offered to make the reservation for me. I did not realize until after the call that the service fee was higher than the fee for the online reservation. Essentially, they charged me extra for worse service.
When I tried to get them to refund the difference between the two rates, they refused. They treated me like an idiot. Especially condescending is their closing line to every email, "We value you as a customer and look forward to serving you again in the future." They did nothing to show me that they actually value me as a customer.
