I've shopped at www.newegg.com several times and very satisfied with them. Order process is easy. Prices are very competitive. Orders are typically shipped next day.
Delivery options are UPS or FedEex. The cheapiest one is UPS 3 days guarantee.
Service and Support is very good. Once I have received non working CPU fan. RMA process was quick and easy. I've returned the fan at no cost to me and got a full refund in couple days.
When you order combo deals, make sure that you add a combo item to the order. Recently I have ordered a digital camera with free 512Mb SD card. I forgot to add SD card to the order. After I received the camera without SD card, I have sent a message to Service and Support at 8PM. I've gotten response within 1 hour, that SD card will be shipped at no cost to me.
Rush Order: They have an option "Rush Order". For extra $2.99 if order is completed before 12PM it may be shipped on same day. This option didn't work for me. I've completed the order before 11AM, but the order was shipped on next day as all other my orders.
