I thought for the extra shipping fees that the trucking firm would at lease deliver the furniture into the house, let alone into the 1st-floor room where the furniture was to reside. I had to negotiate with the driver for him to place the furniture onto a dolley at the front door so I could move it myself.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? Drawer/Desk cabinet
