Frustrated!!!

I am getting very frustrated with Blockbuster. I wrote a review of Blockbuster about a month ago and what seemed like a small problem at the time is now getting to be a constant annoying big problem. This problem is that we frequently do not get our first choice in our queue. Time and time again this has happened. The first time we were able to find the movie in the store but no such luck the last few times. Also my weekly coupon is no longer for a 2 day rental now it is only for a week rental which makes it less desirable. The new site is really nice but nothing makes up for the fact that you like to be able to feel that when you put a movie in your queue you will actually be able to watch it sometime. Not so with Blockbuster as Available in there own words means: "Available: This title is currently in stock, and we anticipate that it will be available for shipment when requested. However, please keep in mind that due to the constant change in availability factors we can't guarantee that this title will be the next title we ship you, even if it has the highest priority in your Queue." In other words maybe you'll get it and maybe you won't. In my case it has meant simply forget it! Netflix on the other hand has listed for availability in there own words: "Available Now: We have copies of this movie available for immediate shipment." Now that's what I call available. I no longer feel Blockbuster is such a great value because I joined in order to get those hard to find oldies that are fun to watch every now and then but with Blockbuster this just isn't possible because they never send them my way!! I can't even get movies that are only a few years old like "The Game", "American Movie" and "Quadrophenia" At this point I give up because it isn't worth it anymore even for the extra movie coupon if you can never get the movies you want. So as far as I'm concerned it's Games Over for Blockbuster!!
