I am a collector of Japanese figurines, dolls and dainty sugar bowl and creamers in the Japanese tradition.

I love Japanese food and I really loved this review. It's going to be printed and also forwarded to a friend of mine in California who would be interested in this knife. He cooks great Japanese food!

Thanks to you I am now interested in this product for fine cooking.

...a great job with this. Knives are something most people do not give much thought to. However, if you love to cook, and use excellent knives, well, there is no comparison.
