While Blockbuster online has a tremendous variety of films, it lacks in delivery speed, and most important shipping per the priority settings in the customer's queue.
The whole point of the queue is the order the movies are listed in is the order in which the customer wants the movies, one being most wanted.
While the movies in the queue say "Available Now", they wind up shipping totally out of order.
So while you may be expecting certain arrivals, you wind up getting number 5, 10 or 20 on your list.
The worst part is they do not notify you of this, the impression that you get is that this order will be followed as long as the movies are marked available.
It is only when you receive something other than what you expect that you have to search through the help section (not readily available) that you see the part that explains that "available" does not necessarily mean available on your ship date, and that they may need to go further down in the line in your preference order at their discretion.
This has not happened in Netflix, which I have used for several months now.
Also unlike Netflix, when you put your cursor on the graphic of the DVD in Blockbuster it does not give you the description of the film, you have to click to open the link and many times when you do they give trivial info, such as director background, or some other info about the film, but NO actual summary of the storyline, so navigation is longer and inconvenient and and summaries are lacking.
To navigate back to the place where you were before clicking on the film for summary, their link 'back to previous screen" does not always work, having to click twice and being taken back to the same place you started.
Overall an unsatisfactory experience.
They do give incentives, like two free instore rental coupons, I believe weekly, that is if you want to go into the store to rent and back to return.
