Pros: The Scent is Pleasing to the Nose.
Cons: Wish it would last, does NOT Remove Odors, or Keep Fabrics Fresh for Long.
The Bottom Line: I do not feel that my experience merits this product a good review, as the claims of freshening fabrics and odor removing were found with disappointment.

| DeRango's Full Review: Febreze |
The hype surrounding this so called "Miracle Product" has most people believing that Febreze is a fantastic product. Unfortunately my experience has a different outcome all together, which results in failure of the products claims and poor overall satisfaction. If a product claims are founded by developing misconception and overall dissatisfaction, then it is considered a product to avoid as they ultimately lie to the consumer. I have found that with Febreze that these speculations and personal experiences could not be closer to the truth as none of the claims by the product were founded in a favorable fashion. Well recovering from that rant here are some basic facts & claims set forth by Procter & Gamble, whom produces & distributes Febreze.

Febreze is a liquid Fabric Fresher, that when sprayed from the bottle it is released into the air, and becomes somewhat of a vapor which in turn clings to fabrics.

Experience
"What could be so bad about this product if most of the reviews say it's great!" Well the fragrance is very pleasant and reminds me of spring flowers, however it does not last, when sprayed into the air it is heavy so it falls and several minutes later the scent cannot be detected.
When I personally go out wearing a pair of pants to the bar for a couple of hours I have experienced "Bar Smell" A strong overall stench of smoke, cigarettes, and musty odor. So I figured a quick alternative to washing the pants I wore, would be spraying Febreze on the fabric to remove the odor. I applied the product not once, twice, but three times in 15 minutes intervals waiting for it to dry as directed, and it did not "remove" the odor of smoke, so 45 minutes of failed attempts I placed the pants in the wash.
The bedding in our Master Bedroom was becoming a bit stale during the week as most people wash pillow cases and sheets weekly, I thought why not use a little Febreze in the middle of the week to keep the freshness going. Well again I applied the pleasant fragrance, it lasted about 20 minutes, and once it left I was no longer able to detect it. Again disappointment, but I kept on trying to find a successful experience with the product as I really enjoyed the scent.
Final Notes
My Fiancée has purchased about 4 bottles since we have moved into this new home, she loves the scent, but I keep trying to tell her that its only a temporary solution as the issue remains that it does not keep smelling fresh nor does it remove the previous odor. The heavy weight of the product does not allow it to suspend in the air, so freshening the air did not work for extended periods of time. I truly wish the scent of Febreze would hang around as it is pleasant and inviting.
