Maybe they will improve, but it's been a long wait

I have generally been satisfied with Cingular, but the past 3-4 months has been very bad. It's not just me, but my family and friends (also on Cingular) has been experiencing problems with reception, dialing out (system busy problems), receiving calls and voicemails. I have been assuming that the situation will get better once their upgrades catch up with their marketing promotion efforts, but it hasn't happened. It's so bad that even taxi drivers, co-workers, random people can relate to my frustration. If you are not a current customer locked in a contract and need cellular service in the San Francisco Bay Area, look elsewhere or be disappointed.
