Sure, I could take time out to explain every single concept I bring up in my opinions, but that would be a waste of time. 99% of the people who visit this website will never ever understand 99.999% of what photonics is about and no amount of me composing an episode of Photonics for Dummies will change that fact. What I am trying to do is write for the "photonics insider;" the kind of person who deals with polymers and thin organic films and quantum computing and peptides. My point-- just because the "community leaders" of this site have come up with a cookie cutter template to grade all reviews, doesn't mean they are right. I would hope that instead of giving something you don't understand an NH, just leave it the **** alone!
