This product made me promise myself that I will NOT buy anything from TV again. They send me this product with all the bonus equipments they promised on TV missing, 30 day money back guarantee instead of 60, received the product three and a half weeks later and charges me for the S&H of $33.97 for a $39.98 item. When I called the Customer Service they said it meant Free Express Delivery not Free shipping. Even though it took them 3 1/2 weeks for so called Free Rush Express Delivery I was fooled into thinking that it meant FREE shipping. I should just bang my head on the wall for being an idiot. Idiot I am not. I fell for this scheme once, but I do not want others to fall for it either.

I sent the product back with a complaint. Getting through the Customer Service line took 30 minutes and ended up talking to DAVID who did not know anything about the product they were selling. Talk about bait and switch scheme if you see one. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well.

If you fall for this type of bait and switch call your credit card company as well and dispute the charges. I used American Express and they are very good about taking care of their customers.
