I ran into heavy credit card and loan debt in my earlier days back when rate wars was the exception instead of the standard as it appears to be these days.
If I had read your piece back then I would have still saved a bundle and my once again good credit rating would be stellar by now.
;) This piece says a lot and all of it good advice to think on.

A very thorough overview of the subject matter. I think that there are a lot of people that don't look beyond the initial marketing material when they're making a decision.
