Your review is very thorough and hopefully will open many possible client's eyes--I wish I had read it before! When I tried to use their contact page (and I read/speak French fluently) it took me several trials to realize that as soon as the page opened, it changed into something else and the "contact" link disappeared. So, I had to position the mouse at the spot I believed the link to contact appeared and, extremely quickly, click on it to get to the page! Then you had to wait days, sometimes weeks, for an answer. I tried to cancel the order after over a month and they simply did NOT return my E-mail messages. Oh, and they do understand English, for when they answered my questions, although it was in French, they were referring exactly to what I asked! I returned the poor quality clothes I got, and instead of them crediting my CC, they sent me a check in Euros! I got used to the professional behavior of the overwhelming majority of American companies. This was a rude awakening!
