Pros:small design, vibration, record melodies, many usefull features.
Cons:plenty...ive nearly smashed this phone up many times with frustration.
The Bottom Line: If the phone worked perfect i would be content with the phone for the time being, as it happens, i carnt wait to get rid and buy a new one.

Ive had this phone for around 9 months, I bought it because it had everyting I wanted in a mobile phone, including vibration alert, record your own melody, small design, key lock, internet, games and plenty more.

I started using it and everything went fine for about 2 weeks then things went drastically wrong.

Every now and then the date would refer back to a couple of days ago and the call history (calls ive made or recieved) reverted back too.
Strange i thought but left it at that, then i started getting problems dialing out. The problem being that occasionaly when i wanted to dial from my address book on the phone, the phone would just disconnect before completing the call.
I went to the retailer where I purchased the phone from and they blamed the service provider (BT Cellnet), which as expected blamed the retailer.
After a couple of weeks being in the middle of shifting blames i recieved a new sim card for the phone which still did not rectify the problem, but i did find a way of dialing out from my address book when the phone didn't want me to.

Whenever i get the problem i have to edit the name of the person im calling, to a different name...e.g. say i was calling "debbie", what i would have to do is change the name to "debbi" or "deb". This would be ok for a while untill the phone stopped making calls to that person and i would have to change the name to something else or even back to the original name.

Also ive noticed just recently the phone has a nasty habit of turning itself off, and i know its not me because ive accidently pushed the off button because its been left on a side with no-one near it.

Anyway...Anyway... let me tell you about some of the good features this phone has,

Internet & Email
Automatic KeyLock (Turns the keypad lock on after 30 seconds)
Appointments reminder
Calculator
Currency convertor
Games, including a maze game, reversi, connect4 and microsofts minesweeper.
Stopwatch
SMS messaging, including picture messaging
22 different melodies
Divert
Onscreen time & date
Good security options including "babysitter" (the option to loan the phone to your babysitter and it can only dial out the number where you are at.

The battery life is pretty good especially on standby, but the games and during calls wear the battery down in probably around 2-3 hours.

Well thats my little story about this phone finished, and i hope this info has been useful to someone.
