Ease of Use:
Pros:very thin and lightweight, cheap, efficient
Cons:not the best out there, price shows.
The Bottom Line: I would have to say that this scanner is worth the money. If your requirements for a scanner are not too demanding than this one is for you.
This scanner I have had for about 1 year now and I have been nothing but pleased with it. When I originally purchased it used off an auction I wasn't really sure what I was getting. The first reaction to it I had was when I opened the box and saw how thin and lightweight it was. That was an immediate plus. Over the past year I have gotten my money's worth with this scanner and I would say I came away with a steal only purchasing it for $30. The scanners images are not that great but are good enough for just some college kid like myself. I don not need an overpriced scanner that does too good of a job because after all I really only use it to send pictures via e-mail to friends. For this purpose the scanner is perfect. As for using it proffessionally I would not suggest it. The images it produces are a little too grainy. The colors are fine but at times you can see individual pixels. I have to give this scanner 2 thumbs up based on its price. The price definitely fits its capabilities.
