Good to read (Reply to this comment)

For a rookie this was like a having a party to myself. The knowledge was not only enriching, but I can now speak confidently when challenging those sales people who always throw jargon to us when they want us to buy the 'in thing'. Thank you so much

I've noted that you rated this article as only somewhat helpful. I was going to contact you to find out how you would suggest that I improve it for you, but you don't list your email address on your user profile. Anyway, do let me know how I can make this better.

Excellent job on this article. The only trouble is that I'll be late for work if I print it all out right now so I'll have to save that for later. Once again, very nice work.

Excellent review! 'Sometimes' these really long reviews can lead to way too much off-topic info, but your review remained on the topic and offered very good advice all the way to #19. Thanks for all the info, and advice.

Forewarning re. Canadian Spelling (Reply to this comment)
by ceconrad
I considered setting the spell checker in Word to US English, but then I thought, nah, I'm a Canadian, so why shouldn't I spell like one. So you'll have to live with "colour" and "artefacts".
