Easy ordering, lousy customer service.

My wife got me a 3-shipment Beer of the Month Club subscription for my birthday. Ordering was very easy, but customer service has been impossible to get a hold of. I haven't been happy with either of the two shipments received thus far but nobody from Amazing Clubs returns my phone calls or emails.
Their website states "We want your experience with us to be something youll tell your friends about." Believe me, I will, just not in the way that they has intended.
Update: I finally did get a hold of them and they agreed to issue a refund for only one of the three shipments, despite the fact that I had contacted them via email immediately after the second (couldn't reach anyone by phone, and they claim to have never received the email).
Quoting again from their website: "If you're not happy, we're going to make you happy. In any and every way we can." Baloney.
Final Update: The refund I mentioned above never happened. While I'm not surprised, I was hoping to get back at least a third of the cost of the subscription.
