Pros: the best camera for the price. Flip phone, sleek, sturdy, highly customizable, bluetooth, world GSM.
Cons: slow bootup, plastic battery case, mediocre camera, no street addresses
The Bottom Line: buy it-- you won't be disappointed. World phone, flip phone, sturdy, customizable, bluetooth, loud. Mediocre camera, decent battery life, so small and light you'll forget it's in your pocket.

For the price, I haven't seen a better phone. You can buy it from online stores such as amazon and after you've collected all the rebates, you'll have made money on the transaction.
This phone is not as intuitive to use as a Nokia, but no phones are. And it is less intuitive for an understandable reason: if you are willing to put in the time, you can rearrange and modify just about everything in the user interface. I have never owned a more customizable phone.
I like that this is a flip phone. It is so slim in your pocket you'll forget it is there, but when in use, you can hold the speaker to your ear and the microphone is in front of your mouth. I have a big face so it is difficult for people to hear me when I talk on some of the candy bar phones, as the microphone sits somewhere just below my cheekbone. I don't have that problem with the RAZR.
The rings are loud, the antenna works fine, the style is classy, it has bluetooth, and the construction is sturdy. It's a GSM world phone and works almost everywhere, in almost every country. It's easy to take out the SIM card and buy one from a local carrier in whatever country you are visiting in order to continue using your phone without paying roaming charges. I'll never go back to CDMA. The battery life is pretty good, especially for a phone with a large color display. Everyone else already has it, but so what? It's a great phone.
I have only a few minor complaints....
There is no way to associate a street address to a contact. This is a major oversight. Without this, I still need to carry a PDA.
The battery back is made of plastic instead of metal, and gets easily discolored rubbing against your coins and keys in your pocket. That's a shame because the phone looks so great otherwise.
The OS does so much it takes a really long time to boot. A Nokia will be ready to use a few seconds after you turn it on. The RAZR takes around 40 seconds. It can feel like forever.
The camera comes in handy, but the resolution is so low and the controls are so limited, the photos aren't good for much except for sending picture messages.
There are better phones out there, but for the price, this phone can't be beat -- now. In a few months, there will be better options.
