I recommend staying far away from Superduperclub despite the apparently low prices on most items. I ordered multiple DVDs from this store to combine on shipping rates and take advantage on the low prices on some of the items. They then told me all but 2 DVDs were out of stock - okay, this happens - but I never received these two. When I contacted them about it and they finally got back to me, they said that I'd given them the wrong address. I forwarded them their initial order confirmation listing the correct address, so they said they would reship (not even an apology, let alone an offer to ship in any way other than the cheapest, slowest method). The reshipment arrived with only one item. They then told me to wait, the second item would be arriving separately within 3 weeks. It didn't. They said they'd ship it out again (still rudely). I pointed out that I had paid months ago and been waiting all this time, and since I would be out of town and unable to receive it if I had to wait another month, so could they please send it faster. They refused and said they would credit my card. They did credit it, but for several dollars less than they should have, presumably figuring I wouldn't notice. And, of course, the one item I did receive is not one I would have ordered from them (they didn't have the lowest price on it) if not to combine with the shipping on the others, which I never got!
