at the National Triathlon Training Center in Central Florida and can say that you have basically covered everything one is to know about a gym.

There's no way someone could not rate this 'most helpful'. A couple of months back I was working at a gym as well and I'm with you concerning about everything you mentioned. Good point...I will just leave your comment as the add on, if that's ok. Most trainers I know who have a degree in the field aren't working on the floor at World's Gym to tell you the truth...but your point is valid and for those of you who are reading these, please note Kris' comment. thanks..jo

ACSM and ACE (which I have) are good. I would add NSCA to the list, especially if the trainer has their CSCS certification (it's one of the few that requires a college degree).
