Dear ziggy 29,
I read all the current negative epinions before I read yours. When I read: "'If you call customer service a lot, or need a lot of "hand holding," this may be a show-stopper.'" - it made me howl with laughter! The long wait for Customer Service calls is a major complaint on the negative epinion side. My Wife and I are Cingular users; if we ever need customer service we'll try your solution and go into the retail store. Very well written and highly amusing. Thanks.
