Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense is a great game. I have the original Vigilante 8 game also, and I didn't think this could be much better than the original. Surprisingly, it's considerably better. Just like the original, it's a racing game in which you drive around a futuristic car armed with high tech weapons (the weapons are also way cooler then the original) It has a fun and challenging 1 player mode, which is really fun to play. It also has a fun 2-player mode, so you can duel it out with your best friend, or you can ally with them! However, a major weakness of the game is the short amount of time it took me to beat the one player mode, although the 2 player mode provided me with many hours of entertainment. Even though it has a lot in common with the original, it is easy to learn and play, and is well worth getting.
