THICKENING MASCARAS Every mascara basically thickens a little, but heres how to get real full lashes, or naturally full ones. 10.00$ - L'oréal Lash Architect - Oh my God! I am really amazed. The lashes that you see in the magazine announcement are totally the same! So thick. My lashes were not only full of volume, but my eyes looked more almond like and it looked like I had eyeliner. Rating: 10/10 for thickening... it's my new favorite. I think you will love it too. Not available in waterproof. 5.00$ - Cover Girl Super Thick Lash - Thickens your lashes 3 times its normal size, plus, lengthens for super drama if you are using it when your lashes are curled. No waterproof formula. Rating: 8/10 for thickening. If there was a waterproof formula, it would be 10/10...but sadly, there isn't. 5.00$ - Cover Girl Professional Mascara - Thickens your lashes to give them a natural, not over-done look. Available Waterproof formula. Rating: 7/10 for thickening. You get more length too! 7.00$ - Cover Girl Triple Mascara - It enhances your natural lash's volume...but nothing beats Super Thick Lash in the Cover Girl range. Rate: 8/10 for thickening. This mascara, unlike others, thickens like you have fake lashes...without them being fake. Rating: 9.5/10 for thickening. Waterproof formula available. 8.00$ - Revlon Extra Thick Lashes - It gives descent volume like many other mascaras...it's nothing special. Although, add a few coats, and you'll have such thickness! Rating: 7/10 for thickening. 8.00$ - L'oréal Voluminous - It was named the number 1 mascara in Canada. Yes, it thickens 4 times... if your put 2 coats on. 1 sweep equals to 3 times your natural volume. Rating: 9/10 for thickening. You'll love the smooth brush! Available in waterproof, and curved brush formulas too. 9.00$ - L'oréal Featherlash Mascara - Yes, this mascara gives lashes a little length, making lashes look natural and keeping them soft. But, layer on a couple of coats of this lightweight stuff and you'll see magic! Rating: 8.5/10 for thickening. Available in water-resistant formula. 10.00$ - L'oréal Lash Intensifique - The BEST drugstore thickening mascara ever. One coat of this stuff and you'll see your lashes popping out so much more! It's worth the 10 dollars, I promise you. Availiable in waterproof. Rating: 10/10 for thickening. 8.00$ - L'oréal Lash Out - It does it's job as lengthening as well as thickening. A few coats of this and you'll be so dramatic. Tip: Curl your lashes then apply the waterproof kind. Rating: 8/10 for thickening. 9.00$ - Maybelline Lash Expansion - I am very amazed! The mascara wand in this tube is very high-teck. With little hooks at the ends, it really does grab your lashes! But... unless your lashes are already long, don't expect them to be like in those commercials they show. Not availiable in waterproof...yet. Rating: 9/10 for thickening. 8.00$ - Cover Girl Multiplying Mascara - I was expecting more from this one. It's not really lash-doubling in any way. It's okay. Rating: 7/10 (as good as any ordinary kind). No waterproof formula available. 7.00$ - Maybelline Lash Expansion Mascara - This one is awesome. I bought the waterproof kind. It stays on good. The downside: it's hard to take off. Yu definitely need an oil based makeup remover for it. But it does its job! It thickens and lengthens wonderfully. It does seem to wrap around ym lashes! And it keeps them curled all day. LENGTHENING MASCARAS All mascaras lengthen a bit, but only the top ones reach your lashes. 13 - Clinique Naturally Glossy - I don't know why it's called glossy, because it's not, really. But this stuff is my new favourite since I've tried it. It lengthens incredibly (more than those with fiber in them) and thickens them so I can actually see them from far away... when I'm not standing one centimetre close to the mirror. Plus, it doesn't way down your lashes at all! I'm impressed. The price is cheap, but I'd be ready to pay millions for this! Rating: 10000/10 for lengthening. No waterproof formula available. 10.00 - L'oréal Double Extend - This one is absolutely excellent for lengthening, but it weighs my lashes down the minute after I got them curled. Rating: 8/10 for lengthening. No waterproof formula available. 5.00$ - Cover Girl Super Thick Lash - Sometimes, the name can be totally different from its meaning. This mascara thickens, but lengthens so much! Rating: 7.5/10 for lengthening. No waterproof formula available. 6.00$ - Maybelline Great Lash - Oooh! This mascara is so lengthening, I am surprised at what it does for me! Rating: 9/10 for lengthening. Waterproof and curved brush formula available. 7.00$ - Maybelline Lash Discovery - I swear I've never seen a brush so skinny and small. This one lengthens extremely, and makes hard-to-reach places easier to paint. Rating: 9/10 for lengthening. Waterproof formula available. 6.00$ - Maybelline Illegal Lengths - It makes your lashes look naturally long! Rating: 7.5/10 for lengthening. 6.00 - Almay One Coat Lengthening - This stuff lengthens... and thickens! The brush doesn't clump, plus this stuff doesn't flake, rub off or run! Rating: 9/10 for lengthening. Waterproof formula available. So gentle, it doesn't even irritate my eyes... and my eyes sting with eyeshadow! 8.00$ - L'oréal Lash Out - Those are the lashes you have in dreams. Long, defined, and thick. It lengthens 30% more (it says so on the box), and it is true. Rating: 10/10 for lengthening. Available waterproof formula. 10.00$ - L'oréal Lash Intensifique - Your lashes will be noticeably longer in one sweep. Rating: 8/10 for lengthening. 10.00$ - L'oréal Las Architect - I have short lashes that don't really show but this stuff is something I swear by, it's the new generation. Give it a try for its low cost. This stuff makes you finally satisfied about your lashes... you'll have the length of those fake lashes. Rating: 10/10 for lengthening. Not available in waterproof. CURLING MASCARAS Yes! Curls without the metal, pinching, pulling eyelash curler. Finally. Here are some mascaras that really work! 7.00$ - Cover Girl Triple Mascara - This mascara curls, but not so much as it looks like in magazines and television. Still, your lashes will have crimped a little. Rating: 7/10 for curling. Available waterproof formula too. 7.00$ - Maybelline Wonder Curl - If you have short lashes... it won't work as much as if you have long lashes. It still lifts your lashes though, opening your eyes to a natural look. Rating: 7/10 for curling. Available waterproof formula. 6.00$ - Maybelline Great Lash - Yes, it curls too. This is called amazing mascara. It actually does 4 things. Rating: 9/10 for curling. Also available in waterproof and curved brush. 8.00$ - Revlon Everylash Curling Mascara - Au natural. This mascara does what it says, but nothing much more, which is sometimes, what you want. Rating: 8/10 for curling. Only available in this formula. 8.00$ - L'oréal Le Grand Curl - This is what your looking for if you want curled lashes. It also lengthens just a little so your lashes will look more curled. Rating: 9.5/10 for curling. Also available in waterproof. 10.00$ - L'oréal Lash Architect - After you've tried this, you'll wanna toss out your stash of 50 mascaras (like I have almost done). The 10 bux is worth the curling you get. :) Rating: 10/10 for curling. Not available in waterproof. CONDITIONING MASCARAS Make your lashes strong and healthy with these. 5.00$ - Cover Girl Natural Lash and Brow Mascara - It's colour is only available in clear... you can put it on before black mascara, or just leave it the way it is. It also makes your lashes glossy and shiny in the sun! Most of all, it stops lashes from splitting and breaking, plus it makes them so soft. Rating: 10/10 for conditioning. My lashes look so healthy now! Not available in waterproof. 7.00$ - Maybelline Full'N'Soft - Conditioning with colour, this mascara helps reduce lash loss (it really does!!!) and moisturizes dry lashes. Rating: 9/10 for conditioning. Available in waterproof. 6.00$ - Maybelline Great Lash - Again mentioned! It offers great conditioning and won't dry out lashes...ever! Rating: 9/10 for conditioning. Available in waterproof. 9.00$ - L'oréal Featherlash - Your lashes will truly be as soft as feathers because of the added moisturisers and nutrients in these mascaras like glycerin, jojoba, and Vitamin E. Rating: 9/10. Available in waterproof. ILLUMINATING MASCARAS Mascaras like these offer reflection of light on your lashes... how great is that? 5.00$ - Cover Girl Natural Lash and Brow Mascara - Its see-through clear formula is super shiny so it reflects light! Rating: 8/10 for illuminating. You can go in the pool with this even if it's not waterproof and won't show if it comes off since it's clear. Not available in waterproof. 10.00$ - Revlon High Dimension - In a few sweeps, you'll have metallic lashes. Make sure your lashes are curled first though, it'll look a lot better. It's lightweight formula won't weigh down your curl. Rating: 10/10 for illuminating. Not available in waterproof. LASH DARKENING MASCARAS Every Mascara darkens, but here are some that really make your lashes go from blonde to black. 5.00$ - Cover Girl Lash Darkner - The tips of my lashes are blonde, and this stuff made it super black, like if it was natural...without really changing my lashes. Rating: 9/10 for darkening. There isn't any color to choose. Not available in waterproof. 7.00$ - Maybelline Lash Discovery - Great for filling in and changing all lash colour! The mini brush helps a lot! Colour to try: Very Black. Available in waterproof. TIPS/INFO - .Curl your lashes before putting on mascara, it adds drama. .Apply a clear base coat of mascara like Cover Girl Natural Lash and Brow Mascara, let it dry, then curl your lashes, quickly following up with a descent coat of any mascara. .Waterproof mascara is less likely to flake. There is more wax in that type. .To keep lashes curled all day, curl them then use waterproof mascara. .Throw out your mascara after six months of use (because of bacteria). You might think your wasting, but old mascara can lead to rough, unhealthy, split-end lashes, and even cause lashes to fall out of become shorter (by breaking). .As a makeup remover for long-lasting waterproof mascara, try Dove Nutrium (the soap bar). Wash your face at the same time!!!. Or, for even more dry skin, try Pond's Cold Cream. Now go spend some money on mascaras that will make you look even prettier than you already are! Go treat yourself... but remember, inner beauty always counts a lot more than physical beauty. Special Mascaras: -Cover Girl Triple Aquastay Mascara: Waterproof, lengthening, thickening, curling...wow! -Maybelline Great Lash Mascara: It is with out a doubt the most reliable mascara. Lengthens, thickens, curls, lifts, darkens, seperates, conditions!!! It's one of my favorite, plus, it's soooo cheap. -Maybelline Lash Discovery Mascara: The skinny brush is so tiny! I reach every lash with it, and you will too! Plus, it doesn't leave a glob of product at the end of the brush, and seperates...never clumps! Super! -Revlon High Dimension Mascara: The small shimmer in this mascara (which does not look like big globs of glitter) make lashes glow in light. Plus, the lightweight formula won't flake! -L'oréal Lash Intesifique (lash by lash body building) mascara: It's like the reinvented voluminous mascara which delivers even more volume, which now makes your lashes at least 5 times it's normal size! (In a few coats.) -L'oréal Lash Architect - I think I've said enough about it but I gotta tell you, it thickens, lengthens, curls to give you a fake lash look. As the commercial says, it's nothing for the timid. Never Buy This!!! -Cover Girl Waterproof Marathon Mascara : I have never seen such bad quality. I sweeped on one coat, blinked, and my lashes stuck together. I waited untill it dried, but it did the same thing. Even if it's only five dollars, you would be wasting it over buying a real good mascara... like Cover Girl Super Thick Lash, which is the same price. Hoped you liked this!!! Thanks for your visit.
