STAY AWAY! Deceptive, misleading & full of excuses. Same Day shipping claim false.

Ordered a compatible drum for my laser printer- site claimed same day shipping on orders made by 3pm PST. Made my order at 10am EST- item did not ship after TWO days.
Could not get Customer Service on the phone at all- always got a "the extension you're trying to reach is not available..."
Actually had to use live chat to make contact. Chat rep (Jemina) got real defensive when I asked about my order and gave me all sort of excuses, "...we're having problems, have patience, etc..." She finally said she'd have a rep call me.
When I got the call and asked about the same day shipping, the gentleman I spoke with said the web site is incorrect, that "...they TRY to ship within 24 HOURS...". I reminded him that it had been two days, and my order had not shipped. He promised me that it would ship that day and I'd get an email confirmation with tracking number that afternoon. Never happened- they never shipped as promised.
Had to resort to chat to contact them yet again. (Same rep- Jemina.) I told her I wanted to cancel the order. Received all kind of excuses (have patience, etc.). I told her their method of conducting business was unacceptable and I wanted the order canceled and the charge removed from my credit card. She abruptly ended the chat. I later received email notification that the order was canceled, but still have the charge pending on my card.
Bottom line: STAY AWAY! Deceptive, questionable and misleading business practices.
