I have. And I love it. I really like Clairol products, and I decided to finally try Herbal Essences Intensive Blends Conditioner. And, besides, I’m sure most of you are familiar with the commercials for Herbal Essences products. You know, the ones with the really cute guys washing the woman’s hair. Now, if I can just borrow one of those cute guys for one of my showers. Ok, quit dreaming, Lisa!
The smell:
I am going to start with this because this is the first thing I noticed about Herbal Essences Intensive Blends Conditioner.
It’s powerful. It’s intense! It’s refreshing. You know you’re in for a treat when you open the cap. The smell is what really draws you in.
What’s in it:
It is enriched with vitamins, herbs and botanicals. Some interesting ingredients are: citrus extract, aloe leaf juice, hydrangea leaf extract, and safflower seed oil. It sounds like pretty healthy, natural stuff. It’s stuff the body needs. On the bottle it says, “Uses high quality ingredients derived from pure renewable plant sources…; herbs grown under certified organic conditions- no petrochemicals or pesticides”. It makes for a very creamy, smooth conditioner.
Directions:
Shampoo, rinse, and apply conditioner. Wait at least one minute, rinse thoroughly. What is really great about this product is that you can use it daily with no dirty buildup.
What it does:
Herbal Essences Intensive Blends Conditioner makes my hair feel soft. It leaves no knots in my naturally wavy hair. I can run my hands through my hair without pulling it all out. It actually moisturizes and smoothes. I feel that my hair feels much softer than before. It says that it strengthens and fortifies each hair strand and improves it by 85%. They have conditioner for different hair types. I got the moisturizing for normal hair.
The cost:
It’s about $4 in your local grocery store for a 12 oz bottle. You may find that you will use it more often than your old conditioner. I say it is well worth it though.
