Your health reviews are great, as always... tend to learn something new with each new one you write. I buy vitamins at my local health food store, where there is a top-of-the-line [according to the owner] supplier - they are supposed to be made from whole foods and they are expensive [25 for a 1 1/2 month supply of b complex] yet she's [the owner] has tremendous faith in them - explaining that the whole food vitamin is more natural approach to supplements, giving your system the same stimuli that actual food might - they come from a company called NewChapter, which claims that this type of vitamin is extremely easy for the system to digest... etc. etc.. I thought about writing reviews on them, but couldn't find NewChapter in the database. Perhaps I should write them under a topic in editorial form?

Anyway - Just wanted to know if anyone else had heard of the company and their concept? Hoped that I wasn't paying for something that I really don't need - as, up until a few months ago, I hadn't ever been on any dietary regiment and KNOW that I FEEL MUCH MUCH better... in all ways. But, didn't know if the cheaper vitamins were just as beneficial. The owner of the health food store says no, the cheaper ones aren't nearly as beneficial,... but, I don't know?

Anyway - Thanks for A GREAT review. I take many of the ones you mention - and will probably continue to do so since, from my own experience, they've breathed life into my life:) FEELING wonderful these days - thanks to a much 'healthier' lifestyle and outlook:)

Once a month on Mondays and Tuesdays VitaminWorld has all their vitamins at 30% off. The price quoted is just for vitamins/supplements and probably does not (since I only take it) count Evening Primrose Oil which is expensive. For the question about cranberry, etc. -- the answer is no, no and folate 400mgc which is 100% rdv. I will add the folate, but I hesitate to give my total "prescription" for the very reason that it is my prescription and people need to come up with their own with some knowledge. I hope I have added to that knowledge, but I won't prescribe and can't online. jo

You must get a great discount for being a trainer. Or maybe you get them in bulk. Really found this interesting. No folate? Co Q10? Cranberry? I may check out Femme Advantage. Thanks, jo!
