Picture this: Jagermeister, midgets, goths and goths alike, ill nino, 187, Drowning Pool, 40 Below Summer, and Coal Chamber, all sitting somewhere backstage waiting to go on. You may not have had this tour come to your town, but if you have, then you know what I mean. I am talking about the Jagermeistster Tour. And me and my friends, went to see Drowning Pool and Coal Chamber. I hadn't seen any of these bands live, but I was most looking forward to Coal Chamber. When Coal Chamber came on, I had never rocked harder. I was almost moshing in place, I was so wild. Meegs looked at us with such ferociousness, and Dez ripping his vocal chords, all for us. For the crowd. For the people at the concert. I had been to the System of a Down concert. And I guess I thought that was the best concert ever. But then I realized that THIS concert, THIS experience, THIS band called Coal Chamber, made THIS concert, the best concert I had ever been to. I had never partied harder. That night, I wished ever so badly that we were all of drinking age. That night, we felt on top of the world, all by just standing in the front row of the House of Blues. All because we got to see Coal Chamber, and they put on the best show ever.  |
