The Hip-Hop Appreciation Week W/O - Best of British
by paulyoungotti | May 12 '02
British hip-hop is still struggling in the underground, and these artists have helped the scene grow in stature through creativity and talent. For this... i thank them.

I live in the u.k and i dont like british rap because it sounds so much like garage or grime which i hate. The british accent does not make rappers pleasing to listen to.

Yeah Mark B and Blade are tight... and I spotted a rare product category for their "The Unknown" LP... so I'll be reviewing that soon.

Thanks for the comment

Great entry.

My boy in Ireland is always sending me UK hip hop....Mark B and Blade's 'Sealed With a Diss' is one of my favorite 12's.

Excellent idea of listing UK artists... It's difficult to find them over here so your review is definitely handy. Thanks for participating!!!

If you can find anything over there in the US that is! I mean, it's hard enough to get people like Lewis Parker in the UK! London Posse is well worth checking out though.

Thanks for the comment
