The Bottom Line Very positive experience with Discount Tire Co.
A colleague recommended that I go to Discount Tire Co. I made an appointment using their online form and went in today to get my tires checked. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they took my car in, but they were really busy over the lunch hour. It definitely helped to have an appointment. The staff was extremely courteous (MacArthur Road store in Irving, TX) and they checked my tires, removed a screw from one and changed the valves on the other two that kept getting low since they couldn't find anything in them. No charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it was free. What more can you ask for? I'll definitely go back to Discount Tire Co. when I need new tires.
