Poor customer service for online ordering, awful delivery process.

Bad experience. Ordered a chair with ottoman, 9/15, never got any updating emails. Had to check order status myself several times. Tracking showed the item shipped out from a warehouse, then went all over the East coast, ending up in NH - not where I live. Hard to get to customer service. On 10/10 finally did, asking where the chair was. The rep said "this is over my limit" and said he was filling out some form for his "lead." After being put on hold and pushing for some answers, the rep said the item would be "replaced" and then after my pushing some more, he said it was actually out of stock now, and Target would decide whether to replace it or refund my money. Target wasn't able to say if and when the chair would be in stock again, and they weren't able to replace it with a different color chair that might have been in stock. Of course I demanded the refund. What a pain in the neck.
