I ordered on-line, with in store pick up, thinking that they would contact me when it was ready. They did not. Phone service was only adequate. When I went to pick up the product it was almost as if I had never ordered it and I had to go through a purchase process an only then did they go get it from the wharehouse. My goal was to order on line and go pick it up when it was ready and NOT spend alot of time in the store. I had to spend significant in store time (processing the order and then waiting to it to be ready to picked up). Abt is a great retailer but I had hope that I would save some time through on line ordering and it didn' work.
