Juno E-mail

Pros:Good service. Sometimes I find it faster than AOL.
Cons:Many times when signing on, they take you to the web site skipping regular e-mail
The Bottom Line: Adequate.
I've tried a lot of them and Juno works for me. I also use AOL but find it gets too busy.
Juno for the price is great.
I just wonder what the merger with Net Zero will bring.
Juno help file leaves something to be desired. When problems come up, they always issue the same page of hints and then want you to pay $1.95 a minute to talk to technical staff.
I complained about always being connected to the web when I just wanted to check mail and they wouldn't reply. Don't bother to write to the President as you will only get a form letter telling you Thanks for the mail but he is too busy to be bothered. No one will answer a request for help and suggest you phone the tech center. That part is a rip off. They try to make the fault yours by asking you to check connections and ask if this is a new service.
I've used Juno for many years and they do need better communication services, especially when it's their problem.
