I found the item almost immediately and placed the order. The process was easy to understand and only took a few minutes, even for a new customer. The product arrived when I was told it would and in perfect condition. It's exactly what we wanted but couldn't find locally. We may be back for another one soon. Thank you. Debra Coggin
