Thank you for leading the reviews and for showing us that we need to adjust our instructions to better assist parents when they are setting up their Hip Baby. I agree it’s much faster and easier to set-up with a second set of hands. We will also be adding better information on shoulder pad placement as this test has shown shoulder pad misplacement can lead to premature conclusions about the product and it’s ability to make carrying “Hold-Me Royals” a whole lot better.

Epinions is a cool site and offers small companies like ours rigorous testing by a diverse group of people with strong writing skills and heartfelt experiences. I thought that your group might what to discuss the concept of setting-up a test protocol that would include a customer service component. This would allow members to see if their product problems could be corrected and would allow small companies like ours to identify and correct problems with instructions. It would also allow members to gauge the customer care that they should expect to receive.

a hip baby! We got the same green one, and your review really helped me. I've like the variety of people writing, but I feel also we have similar children and body types, so I better understood what you were saying :)

Our is Baby "Rotten" :) Because as her daycare teacher tells us "she is spoiled rotten"
