Worst customer service EVER

We have had dish for about 2 years and recently upgraded to an HD receiver. A cable connection went bad and we were given a different answer every time we called tech. When my husband asked for a replacement he was denied. When he asked to speak with a manager he was put on hold for 45 min and then we had to leave. My husband was yelled at...even though he was speaking calmly. My husband was hung up on once. I was hung up on two times. Stood up two days in a row as far as repair appointments with no call until the missed appointment. I was then told my new receiver was bad and covered under warranty but that I had to pay the UPS charges of 25 bucks. When I said no way take your equipment home I was told they could take 10 bucks off. When I said then take all the equipment and we will go with another company they said they would waive the fee this one time.
The equipment works great when it works but I don't think any customer should have to deal with this. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If one more thing goes wrong we are looking into another company.
