Just an update--as of June 11, 2001, the Stock Generation web site is no longer available. It appears the SEC might win its case against SG or at the very least there is a restraining order keeping the game from operating. If for some reason these guys have the chutpah to re-open the game, DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY INTO IT!!! Stock Generation is a game that portended itself to be an online stock market, with shares sold in totally fictional (and bogus) companies. It was hosted by the island republic of Dominica, whose reputation as an offshore banking center has been sullied severely by this scandal.

UPDATE as of April 22, 2002--The lice who started Stock Generation are now bringing another bogus site called the Magic Money Game. It is a dead-on replica of SG.
