| liwetz's Full Review: KitchenAid Ultra-Power Food Processor |
I was hesitant to buy a food processor because I was afraid it would sit in my kitchen unused. Granted, I don't cook very much. But when I do, I always use my Kitchen Aid food processor.
It is strong and powerful. I bought it because it has an excellent motor. I debated over the new-style Cuisinarts, but Kitchen Aid won me over. Kitchen Aid is just an over top-performing brand in my opinion.
It slices well. It dices well. It chops well (but don't let it run to long or your walnuts will turn into dust!). When I make breads (pumpkin, cranberry, banana, etc.) I just toss all of the ingredients into the processor and whalla!
Cleaning is quick and easy. No nooks and crannies that really drive me crazy.
