A wonderfully hoppy IPA.

Delicate, flowery hoppiness? You drank a different beer than I did. Endo is a straight-up, one-dimensional hopmonster with very little malt backbone. Certainly not a "chewy caramel" flavor in there, in any case.

Also, Cottonwood's beers are made by the Carolina Beer Company. You may want to fix that.

Carolina Brewing Company is located in Holly Springs and has its hands full with its own beers, notably the Carolina Pale Ale (which they also cask-condition), their Nut Brown and, probably gone right about now, their excellent Spring Bock. And of course other beers.

And the Carolina Brewery is a Chapel Hill brewpub. All the good names are now officially taken in North Carolina.
