I ordered a champagne fountain which was supposed to be shipped in three to ten days. They told me it was in stock and that I should receive it within two weeks. When it didn't arrive, I called back and was informed that it had been shipped from the warehouse, but that it was broken and another fountain had to be sent. So I waited another week and decided to check. This time I was told that it had never been shipped and that they could not give me a shipping date, that it was on back order. So I cancelled the order and was told that my bank card would be credited within 10 days.Fifteen days later, my card had not been credited and I was told that I needed to check with my bank on the billing date and if I had missed it, I would have to wait for the next date. Well I guess I missed it and the next one too, because two months later, I had not been issued a credit. Finally, I called and started to threaten legal action and was told that I should have read their return policy, but I would be given credit in two days. I did receive my $780 dollars back after about two and one half months.This should have never happened because I was misinformed from the start. They billed my card immediately, but they kept my money much longer. I wonder if they aren't stealing from Paul to pay Peter.
