Hi, For our family's summer trip, I made the mistake of dealing with a part-time agent, who in turn apparently used a wholesaler/retailer "Picasso Travel" to get the four round trip tickets to Europe. When I realized there were extraneous charges to our credit card, we alerted our local agent but despite her telling us things should be settled by now - we realized that no refunds were sent. I called Picasso Travel at least a dozen times, various numbers but the rudeness and the lack of service was stunning - this, after all, is a mistake that is no fault of my own and Picasso Travel is the issuer of some bogus tickets I never received. Instead of working with me, they literally put me on hold and never pick up or simply hang up. These are the "nice" folks in NYC! I was stunned to say the least! I will issue a credit card stop payment for the transactions but want my experience to serve as a warning beacon for people who may be about to deal with Picasso Travel - DON'T. Do not deal with a part-time travel agent for your bookings.  |
