They incorrectly put through a "Renewal" subscription of mine for TV Guide as a "New" subscription. I began receiving duplicates of TV Guide with 2 different expiration dates. Instead of adding on to my subscription that ends in November, I am paying for a new one that ends in October. In the long run, I will be receiving duplicates for a month up front, and then at the back end, I will be cut short 1 month, of which I paid for. When I contacted Speedymags.com to explain what had happened, they ignored my first contact. On my second contact, they gave me TV Guides customer service phone number and told me to call so that TV Guide can fix their error. So, to wrap it up, Speedymags.com incorrectly submitted my subscription request, then told me to spend my time contacting TV Guide, so that TV Guide can fix their error. I am sorry, but there are other magazine sites out there that have customer service that will help you and probably will not mess up your order in the first place. Try magazinevalues.com, they seem to do a fine job. I tried to save $3.00 over the course of a year and what I got was aggravation and more of my time wasted.
