As for myself, I try to be as diplomatic as possible but I certainly tell it like it is--which can be costly to me at times!

I ponder and wonder and waste time trying to decide to rate it or just forget I ever saw it.

Let the record show, I was threatened with a "Message to Epinions Members" piece privately, wherein my name was going to be named publicly as a Poetry Quality Cop.
In order to keep my the existence of my Poetry Quality Cop Board hush hush, I give in.

I think it's an experience we all share at one time or another while rating reviews.

There are some very well liked personalities that write reviews that aren't helpful at all. I think, half the time, they are fishing to start a comment fight, anyway. Best to avoid them altogether.
