Needed some PC parts (Hard drive, memory, video card, power supply) and saw that Tigerdirect.com had the best prices on the pieces I needed.
Delivery speed, order accuracy, customer service, and my overall satisfaction can only be described as "miraculous".
Ordered the above parts, received the box, noticed it appeared to have been opened and re-shut during transit. Sure enough, someone had stolen two of the pieces I ordered. I immediately called, no questions asked, replacements were shipped out. After calling, I tried the power supply, but it was DOA. The PS was a Kingwin 450. That is not Tigerdirects fault, but another call to customer service, another was charged to my account and shipped (to keep my down time at a minimum), and I was credited for shipping AND the DOA power supply once they received it.
My replacement parts got here even faster than the originals, but both were received quickly.
I could ask that the US Postal Service is better with service, but I can not ask anything more of Tigerdirect.com. They have earned me as a customer for life.
