This Moses basket was one of the most useful things we bought for our newborn son. I can't say enough good things about it. When he wasn't be held by one of us he practically lived in the basket. It gave us the ability to travel around the house and take him with without having to constantly hold him. I don't know if I ever would have been able to go to the bathroom, take a bath, cook, wash dishes or make bottles if we didn't have this basket. We didn't want to use a car seat/carrier because we didn't want Sam to be all bent up all the time. In the basket he could stretch out, play, or sleep and not be so confined. We used the basket in place of a changing table as well.
