and I have to agree with your assessment! I loved the openness of the speaker, but I really came to miss the deep bass. Somehow, pairing them with a subwoofer never worked for me. Then my cat decided to use them as a scratching post and after having them repaired three times... I decided to retire them for a more full range speaker. Good review!
