Performance bicycle's online store is easy to use and has a large catalog of high quality parts at outstanding prices. I have made several purchases from them including my current mountain bike. I was extremely happy with the service that I received. Their customer service is quick to respond to any questions sent in by email. When I needed an answer to a question it took less than twenty four hours for me to get a response from their customer service and they were extremely helpful and easy to work with. The website contains a large number of products which can easily be sorted through and the store brand parts are good quality at an outstanding price. They provide and excellent value for someone who loves biking but is on a limited budget. They also have an excellent rewards program which can save members a great deal of money and the rewards can be used for purchases made in stores as well as those made from the website. Any serious bicyclist in need of some new gear should take a good look at their outstanding selection and prices. I have been completely satisfied with all of the equipment I have purchased from them and will continue to recommend them to my friends.
