I agree with the previous comment - obviously, this program will be very valuable to a LOT of people if it truly does a good job of filtering spam. How did it keep the junk mail out of your Inbox? Why didn't the others do a good job? Any installation issues? Does it work with other e-mail clients?
I'll be glad to raise my rating if you edit this - just let me know.

It sounds as if you really enjoyed this program, and you had some experience with other filter programs as well. I think if you expanded on what made you like this program so much, and what made the other ones so bad you would have yourself a good little review here.
Out of curiosity, do you know how it works? Is there some central server that it keeps tabs on? Is there some sort of pattern recognition going on?
In any sense, if you decide to rewrite this, drop me a line and I'd be happy to re-rate it.
